On may1,knead bran flour the dough with hot water curd,salt and keep it for 5 minutes.

After 15minutes knead the flour dough and makes balls.Then make the balls round and rotis.Then fry the rotis in a pan.Then soak the coriander leaves with hot water and apply them on the roti with a brush.

Turkish roti is ready.
