Not Just For Christmas! Japanese-Style Roast Chicken

Lining an oven tray with herbs and whatnot is a pain and I just didn't feel like doing it. So I decided to seep the chicken in an onion sauce I cooked beforehand. It's soy sauce flavored, so everyone from kids to the elderly will be able to enjoy it.

The tip is salt. Season with salt well to really bring out the flavor.
The longer you let it marinate, the better it will taste. Try letting it marinate for a day before you cook it.

Note: Yuzu pepper version. In Step 4, seep in the sauce. I recommend this too. For 4 servings. Recipe by Mameningen

Is it grilled? Well go ahead and check! The sooner the better. It has a nice soy sauce taste, pretty good eh? You can also add yuzu pepper (refer to Helpful Hints).
