Cooking Instructions
- 1
Make the cookies. Put the flour and powdered sugar into a food processor. Pulse gently by switching ON and OFF repeatedly.
- 2
After cutting the butter into 1 cm cubes, add to the processor and pulse the same as before, by switching ON and OFF. When everything is well combined, add the egg yolk and oil.
- 3
Gather it all together and place on a piece of plastic wrap. Place another piece of plastic wrap on top of the cookie dough. Use a rolling pin to roll out the dough to 4-5 mm thick. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.
- 4
The shape of the cookies can be anything you want. If you don't have anything, you can use the box from a toy or something smooth to cut out shapes.
- 5
If you want to leave the cookies as is, just use a straw to poke a hole on the top and then bake in a 180˚C oven for about 15 minutes.
- 6
When they're finished baking, use something flat and smooth to lightly weigh down the cookies. The icing looks nicer if the cookies are flat.
- 7
I used this recipe to make the icing: https://cookpad.wasmer.app/en/recipes/144701-icing-for-cookies
- 8
You can place the cookies into a baggie and use a string or wire to hang from the tree.

Crispy Cookies for Christmas Crispy Cookies for Christmas
Strawberries are not enough to decorate a cake. So I made these decorative cookies.Reference:.Of course, there's no need to wait until Christmas to enjoy these! For gingerbread cookies, add powered ginger, cinnamon, ground clove and 1 tablespoon of honey. It'll become dark-colored gingerbread cookies that have a long shelf life. Add the spices at the same timing as the cocoa. You can keep the cookies for 2-3 weeks in an airtight container in room temperature. If you use them for decoration, it won't keep long in humidity. If the cookies are just for decoration, then they will keep more than 3 weeks. Recipe by Choco makaron cookpad.japan -

I Love Christmas! Wreath Cookies I Love Christmas! Wreath Cookies
As soon as Halloween finished, I was thinking about Christmas. I wanted to make a cute and fun cookie which was easier to make than the ones I usually make, and I came up with this.Although it is basic tip for cookies, be careful not to knead after adding flour. If you don't like spinach or the colour is too green for you, adjust the spinach or sugar. You can substitute matcha powder for spinach powder. (But I can't drink matcha) Or you can also use green vegetable powder. (But be careful because over baking turns the colour brown!)Sprinkling a lot of dragees on the top makes the cookies look gorgeous. Recipe by Kiyotamaro cookpad.japan -
Gingerbread cookies Gingerbread cookies
These smells bring us a little closer to Christmas. I had wanted to make these cookies for a long time and taking advantage of the fact that I had a dinner with some friends, I made them to give them as gifts. I have made holes in the top so that they can be hung from the Christmas tree too IreneGS
