Frying thinly sliced pork with ginger is the norm (but my family's ginger pork is not sweet), but in order to change things up, I added doubanjiang to fried sweet pork and miso.

  1. 400 gramsThinly sliced pork for making ginger pork
  2. 2 tbspMiso
  3. 1 tspDoubanjiang
  4. 1 tspSoy sauce
  5. 2 tbsp●Sugar
  6. 2 tbsp●Sake
  7. 1for frying Oil

Steps

    Rub sugar and sake into the pork, and let the pork soak up the liquid.

    After the flavors have melded, rub in the miso, soy sauce, and doubanjiang.
