Ingredients

  1. 1/8cut Chinese cabbage
  2. 4to 6 Wiener sausages
  3. 200 ml●Water
  4. 2 tsp●Chicken stock granules
  5. 1 tbsp●Sake
  6. 2 tsp●Soy sauce
  7. 1/2 tsp●Sugar
  8. 1●Pepper
  9. 1 tbsp○Katakuriko
  10. 2 tbsp○Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the cabbage and wiener sausages into easy-to-eat sized pieces. In a pot, add the cabbage, sausages, and ● ingredients. Bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    Stir, cover, and cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add in the ○ ingredients. It's done when it has thickened.
