Pan Fried Layered Pork, Shiso and Cheese

This is a family favorite.
The cheese will spread out when it melts, so it is good to make the pieces a little smaller than the pork. When packing this in bento or eating after it has cooled, cutting it in half after it has cooled will produce a cleaner cut. For 1~2 servings. Recipe by Sugako

Steps
- 1
Coat a preheated frying pan with oil, spread out one slice of pork, and cook.
- 2
After the pork has just about cooked through, place 1/2 slice of cheese on top.
- 3
Place a shiso leaf on top of the cheese, place another half slice of cheese on top of that, and then stack 1 more slice of pork on top.
- 4
Repeat steps 2 and 3 one more time, and flip over.
- 5
Season the cooked side with salt and pepper. Cook the other side until golden brown, and it is done.
- 6
Cut it into easy-to eat portion sizes with a knife.
