  • Chicken breasts
  • 1/2white onion, diced
  • 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 12 ozdiced roasted red peppers
  • 1 cupchicken stock
  • 4 ozcream cheese
  • 1 tbspbasil

    Sauté onion and garlic until browned. Add peppers.

    Add chicken stock and cream cheese

  3. 3

    Add basil and other spices as desired. Add chicken to sauce.
