Ingredients

  1. 16 ozrigatoni
  2. 3 tbspbutter
  3. 1 1/2 tbspflour
  4. 2 cupsmilk
  5. 1 tbspminced sage
  6. 1 tbspminced thyme
  7. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1/2 tspkosher salt
  9. 1/4 tsppepper
  10. 1/4 tspnutmeg
  11. 1/8 tspcayenne
  12. 1/2 cupbutternut squash puree
  13. 2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
  14. 2 cupsshredded Gouda
  15. 2 tbspgrated Parmesan

Cooking Instructions

    Roast squash and puree

    Boil pasta

  3. 3

    Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and whisk to combine.

    Add milk and continue to whisk until combined and simmering

  5. 5

    Add herbs and spices

  6. 6

    Whisk in puree and cheeses until melted and smooth

  7. 7

    Mix in cooked pasta
