Ingredients

Chicken breasts
1/4 tspkosher salt
1/4 tsppepper
1/4 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tsppaprika
1/4 tspdried oregano
1/4 tspred pepper flakes
Lemon juice

Cut chicken in half lengthwise, cover with parchment paper, and flatten with bottom of a cup

Season chicken, then add to hot oil in a pan. Flip to other side.

Serve with a squeeze of lemon on top
