For bombay mix, I have prepared a mixture of variety of gathiyas like tikha, papdi and bhavnagari, sev, flakes (corn amd wheat), fried peanuts and mix pulses.

For sweet chutney, add dates, imli amd water to pressure cooker and cook for 5 whistles. Blend and add some red chilli powder, jeera-coriander powder, and hing.

For sour chutney, add green chillies, daliya dal, turmeric powder, 1/2 a lemon and a some salt to mixi and form a smooth paste. Add water as required for liquidy consistency.

For misal, wash math beans properly and soak overnight.

Boil the soaked math beans with onion garlic paste red chilli powder, jeera-coriander powder, turmeric powder, hing and salt and 3 cups water for 5-6 whistles.

The misal base is ready, add some bombay mix to the base, add both the chutnies and serve with pau or bread slices, whichever you please.
