1.5 cupskuttu flour
2boil grated potatoes
Coriander leaves
As required salt
1/2 tspcumin seeds
1/4 tspblack pepper
oil / ghee
As required water

Make a dough by adding water into kuttu flour slowly. Divide the flour in small sections to make puri.

Now put the oil/ghee in a pan and let it heat.pour the puri into the oil and fry it properly till it becomes little light golden brown as shown in the picture.

Ready to serve.
