Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  • 1.1 lbs (500 grams)chicken breast, cut into small pieces
  • 5 piecessaj bread (or thin flatbread)
  • 1onion and 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoonsalt, black pepper, curry powder, chicken seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder
  • 1 tablespoonmustard
  • 2 tablespoonssunflower oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the chicken and season with the spices listed above. Sauté in a pan until lightly browned.

  2. 2

    Add sliced onion and bell pepper. Stir, reduce the heat, cover, and cook until fully done.

  3. 3

    Fill the saj bread with the chicken mixture. Then toast the wraps in the same pan on both sides, or brush lightly with oil and bake in the oven. Enjoy!
