Butter Masala Dosa

Masala: First of all, heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, when the cumin seeds crackle, add green chillies and onion.

When onion becomes light red, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix. After this add chopped potatoes and mix. After frying for some time, add green coriander and mix.

Add salt to the dosa batter and mix well. Heat a non-stick pan, apply butter in it, pour the dosa batter on low flame and spread it.

On medium flame, apply 1 teaspoon butter on the dosa, when it turns light brown, turn it and apply butter on the dosa.

Serve hot dosa with spices and butter.
