Mash the boiled potato, mix them with 2 tsp garam flour, chilli powder, grated cauliflower and salt and make small balls.

Deep fry the balls in hot oil until golden brown. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and fry. Add onion paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder and tomato puree and fry well until oil separates. Add milk and salt as required, then add the fried koftas and fresh cream. Boil for 2 minutes.
