It's a healthy option for sweet cravings. It's a continental dessert. With healthy fats and natural sugar of honey and freshness of mangoes.

First extract thick milk from fresh grated coconut by mixing with warm water and grinding in a mixer jar. Strain through a seive.

Place half cup of mango pieces and one cup of coconut milk in a mixer jar. Add one tsp of honey to the jar and churn the contents.

Remove the mixture in a bowl and add 2 tsp of chia seeds. Mix well and keep it in a refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.

Take a glass and lace the inside with honey.

Add few pieces of mango at the bottom of the glass. Then add chia seeds mixture and top it up with mango pieces.

Garnish it with toasted almonds slices. Keep it in a refrigerator and serve chilled.
Tips
Serve chilled. Chia seeds should be always soaked before consuming.
