Cooking Instructions

In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until done, drain. Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; set aside.

In a large bowl, combine 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 egg, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp parsley and 1/4 tsp pepper. Transfer Pyrex dish. Top with beef mixture and spaghetti sauce.

Sprinkle with 1 cup mozzarella cheese, freeze.

Once prepping to eat, thaw overnight. Preheat oven to 350°. Cook 1/2 lb pasta, add to casserole. Cook in 30 minutes increments until done (160°).
