  13. 1/2 cupOlive Oil
  14. 1 packagesMushrooms

Cooking Instructions

45 mins
  1. 1

Boil water for pasta and preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

Brown ground chuck and sausage together on a pan.

  3. 3

Add Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and minced garlic to meat to taste. I used a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper, about 3 tsp. of minced garlic and a pinch of Italian seasoning. Once meat is browned, add to large empty bowl.

  4. 4

Cut the veggies to your preference. I sliced the mushrooms and large diced the pepper and onion.

  5. 5

Add the pasta to the boiling water. Cook for about 10 minutes or until done.

  6. 6

In pan you seasoned the meat in, sauté mishrooms, onion, and pepper in olive oil and minced garlic. Use enough olive oil to cover the nottom of the pan and about a tablespoon of garlic per batch. We had to cook the veggies in 3 batches, due to the size of our skillet.

  7. 7

Add pasta and veggies to large bowl with the meat. Mix together.

  8. 8

Add the sause into the bowl. Add the rest of the minced garlic, the salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix all ingredients together.

  9. 9

Into a large casserole dish, put in your first layer of the mix. Cover in cheese and a layer of pepperoni. Add the second layer. Cover with cheese and pepperoni. (You may have to split this into miltiple casserole dishes).

  10. 10

Place dish(es) in the oven and cook for about 10 minutes. Rotate the dishes and cook for another 10 minutes or so.

  11. 11

Pull out and let cool enough to shove it in your face!
