Easy & Small Starbucks-style Chocolate Scones

I don't need very large portions, so I created this recipe for scones of just the right size!

If you have space for two racks in the oven, use the bottom one.
When the dough is sticky, scones will be hard, so add flour and make it floury.
When they are cooled, place them in a Ziploc bag to store. For 8 small pieces. Recipe by SKLa1

  2. 2

(If it's troublesome, you don't need to do this step). Sift the flour and baking powder once.

Lightly mix flour, baking powder, and sugar with a spatula. Add oil, and fold it in until the mixture absorbs the oil.

Press down the dough and form into a 2-3 cm thick disk. Cut into 8 even pieces. Bake in the oven for about 13-15 minutes, and it's done.

Since I like bite-size pieces, I cut it into 8, but you can cut it into 4 large pieces or your preferred size, and bake them.
