Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  1. 1and 1/2 cup of flour
  2. Halftomato 🍅
  3. 2pepper
  4. Halfonion
  5. 2seasoning cubes
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. Egg
  8. Oil for frying (you can use palm oil)
  9. Paprika
  10. Yaji

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Put your flour in a bowl, add chopped onion tomato and pepper and water to mix

    Add seasoning and salt and paprika and mix until smooth

    Break in your egg and set a pan on the stove

    Set pan on fire, add little oil to heat up then pour in your mixture and flip once the tip gets brown

    Cook on both side and serve with yaji (grounded dry pepper and salt)
