For a quick dinner at home you can try this sweet meal.. you'll find out why I say sweet😆

In a pot pour 2 cups rinsed rice, pinch of salt and 4 cups water and put it on high heat to boil after water has gone down check if your rice is tender then lower heat.

In a different pot while rice cooks, put your mutton chops, spice them steak and chops just about 2 Tbsp, a pinch of salt, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and drizzle some oil and brown your meat for about a minute or two

Once your mutton has browned set it aside and in the same pot fry your onion and once it is see through put your mutton back inside and pour about half a cup of water to boil

Remove your rice once it is tender and water has dried out.

In a small bowl put your peas and pour hot water in it and leave them for about 5 minutes, then after remove the water and put pinch of aromat and 1 tsp of butter on your peas then throw them inside your rice, mix them together and set aside

In a different pot/pan put 1 Tbsp of butter and 1/2 TSP of mixed herbs on medium heat, take your corn cobs and roll them inside the pot cover them in butter and her, do this for about 5min.. yum yum you are done.

Clean that pot and put your peeled and cut carrots in the pot bring them to a boil for a few minutes until tender add about 1/2 tsp of sugar if you want sweetness and set aside.

In your mutton add abit of each sauce according to your taste, chutney, Worcester sauce, sweet chilli and you'll get your sweet sticky mutton and gravy..
