In a pot, add the shinkafan tuwo in a boil water and let it cook.

In another pot, add any protein of your choice, palm oil and vegetable oil, spices (ginger, garlic, cloves and black pepper) seasoning, and onion and let it cook for like 30 minutes

After like 30 minute, add your grinded tattasai, attarugu, stir and allow it to cook.

Add your moringa (zogale) and serve.
