Spinach quesadilla with Thousand Island dressing!

Finely chop the spinach.

Add hot oil in a Kadai little jeera, hing, turmeric powder then add the chopped Palak to this sprinkle red chilli flakes,salt and garlic powder and give it a good mix.

Now add the sweetcorn and give it a good mix.

Once the veggies are cooked, well, add the thousand island dressing before it cold down completely.

Take a Roti or a tortilla place little bit of the stuffing on one corner of the Roti and grate cheese over it fold it and place it on a hot brittle cook on both sides with little garlic butter. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
