I don’t see any reason why soup has to take all day to make. If you do it the quick and easy way, it is still delicious… I promise! Hubby got sick and I wanted to whip up some soup for him quickly. It came out great!

I don’t see any reason why soup has to take all day to make. If you do it the quick and easy way, it is still delicious… I promise! Hubby got sick and I wanted to whip up some soup for him quickly. It came out great!
Steps

Heat broth in a soup pot on med-hi heat for about 3 minutes.

Add frozen meatballs to pot and continue heating and stirring for another 3 minutes.

Add the bag of frozen creamed spinach with sauce chips. Continue heating and stirring.

Once the sauce chips are melted and incorporated, add the beaten egg to the pot and whisk it around.

Add Parmesan cheese and stir.

Lastly, add the pasta or couscous and continue cooking until the pasta is done (another 8 minutes).

Ladle into bowls while hot.
