For basic instructions on how to prepare the eggplants, see.

Slice the eggplants about 1 cm thick. You don't need to soak them in water since they'll be stir fried right away! Mix the ○ ingredients.

Stir fry the eggplant in a frying pan with sesame oil.

Brown the eggplant.

Add the combined ○ ingredients and simmer down. Be careful not to burn yourself!

When the ○ has thickened, transfer to a serving dish.

Sprinkle on some chopped green onion and white sesame seeds to taste! You could also chill the dish before serving.
