Healthy jowar Sprouts usli is the best snack option any time with an endless list of health benefits, it's gluten-free,improves blood circulation,boosts immunity,improves digestion and many more.

Wash and soak jowar for a day then drain water and tie jowar in a cotton cloth and keep it for sprouting for a day and night,then pressure cook with salt till 5,6 whistle.

Heat oil/ghee add mustard seeds,jeera curry leaves, chilli, chopped onion, carrot fry for a while then add turmeric powder, chilli powder salt saute it.

Add cooked jowar Sprouts and combine everything well,add crushed peanuts and lemon juice and coriander leaves.

Jowar Sprouts Usli is ready to enjoy/serve.
