Steps

Clean the Amarnath leaves.

Wash them properly.

Chop the leaves finely.
Peel garlic and crush the garlic. - 4
Add crushed garlic and salt in Amarnath leaves.mix properly.keep aside for 10 mnts.

Heat oil in pan add chopped onion cook till light brown in color.

Add chopped tomatoes,salt and turmeric powder. mix.

Add Amarnath leaves mix cover and cook for 10 mnts at slow flame or till done
- 8
Remove from fire and serve with jowar roti or rice.
