Prepare the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).

Wash the kale, then lay it out on paper towels to dry completely.

Evenly coat both sides of the kale leaves with extra virgin olive oil.

Mix the sea salt and black pepper, then brush the kale with the seasoned salt and pepper. Lay the leaves flat on a baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15–20 minutes.

Remove the baked kale from the oven.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese to taste.

Tips:
* Adding a little Parmesan cheese gives the kale chips a richer flavor.
* If you don't like the stems, you can remove them and bake only the leaves for a crispier texture.
