Egg Malai Curry

Assemble ingredients Assemble all ingredients, make slits on eggs and keep aside.

In moderate heated pan add oil + ghee, then add onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes till rawness goes off under medium flame.

Now lower flame and add milk and give a nice boil for 2-3 times but keep stirring as milk tends to burn quickly. Add Malai and cook further for 2-3 minutes. Add green chilli also.

Now add pepper powder + garam masala + Kasuri Methi + salt, mix well and stir for 3-4 minutes.

Now add boiled eggs + chopped coriander, mix well and stir for around 2 minutes.

Keep in stand by for 3-4 minutes and curry is ready to serve.

Serve with Phulka/ Paratha/ Naan and enjoy to the fullest.
