Lal Saag / red colour leafy vegetables are highly nutritious as they have many micro nutrients, fibre, antioxidants which are necessary to keep ourselves strong and healthy.
Children as well as grown up people sometimes become reluctant to consume leafy vegetables prepared in the same way every time.
Here, is the best possible alternative, so that many people can take interest and gradually accept to like leafy vegetables.
I have shared my recipe with rea amaranth leafy vegetable pancakes. It's savoury pancakes with crispy, aromatic and tasteful. I have added a carrot, curd salad and chopped half ripe tomatoes which go well with the savoury pancakes.
