Makes 16 ounces

2 cupsapple juice
1/2 teaspooncinnamon
1/8 teaspoonnutmeg

Add apple juice, cinnamon and nutmeg to a small pan.

Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Let cool slightly pour the warm apple cider in a glass. Serve warm
