Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • 1 BowlMakhana
  • 2 tbspjaggery powder
  • 2 tbspdessicated coconut
  • Pinchcardamom powder

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Roast makhana one minute in microwave oven.

  2. 2

    In a pan add jaggery powder and one tablespoon water make syrup of two thread.

  3. 3

    Add roasted makhana, cardamom powder and coconut powder.Mix well.Coat jaggery syrup to makhana. Healthy version of makhana is ready to eat.
