Crack the eggs into a bowl.

Add the sugar.

Beat with a hand mixer until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Add the melted butter and beat.

Add half of the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder and beat.

Add the heavy cream and beat.

Add the remaining flour and beat until the batter is smooth.

Pour the batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.

Put the jam into a piping bag and pipe it over the surface of the batter.

Use a skewer to swirl the jam into the batter.

Bake in a preheated conventional oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40 to 45 minutes.
