Ingredients

  1. 1 poundchicken breast cut into cubes
  2. 1 bagfrozen mixed vegetables
  3. 3 cupschicken stock
  4. 1 cupmilk
  5. 4 tablespoonsIrish Butter
  6. 1 boxRed Lobster Cheddar Bay Buscuits and ingredients listed on box
  7. 1yellow onion diced
  8. 2 tablespoonsgarlic
  9. 1 tablespoonPoultry seasoing
  10. 1/2 tspsalt n pepper
  11. 1/4 cupall purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter in pan over medium heat and add chicken

  2. 2

    Add onion and seasonings and cook until no longer pink.

  3. 3

    Add flour and stir well. Add one cup of chicken broth and stir until flour is disolved. Add the remaining chicken broth and one cup of milk, then add frozen veggies.

    This is the time that you should take a taste of your muxture. Today, I decided it needed some herbs de providence and a bit of garlic powder.

    Using an ice scream scoop or cookie tool drop the buscuit mix into your mixture. Try to put them in so that they do not touch. Cover and bake for about 45 min over low heat. When buscuits are firm to the touch dunk them down and serve
