Steps

Take cream cheese and butter out of the fridge until they soften. Once softened mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla. Let chill.

Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt then set aside.

Mix eggs thoroughly until thick then add sugar once mixed completely add pumpkin. Add in flour mixture. On buttered and floured baking tray pour the combined mixture and even out.

Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes or baked through.

Using either a silicon map or hand towel sprinkle powdered sugar on the mat/towel and roll up then set aside to cool.

Once cooled carefully unroll and spread the filling over the top and roll back up. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut in slices to serve.
