First wash chicken well with haldi powder and salt twice and thrice. Drin the water. Keep aside. Then marinate the chicken with haldi powder, red chilli powder and salt. Keep aside for 1/2 an hrs. Now grind coriander leaves, spinach leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies. Make a fine paste.

Now heat mustard oil in a cooker. Fry marinate chicken til the chicken become soft. Then add the paste... Mix....it well and fry till raw smell of Masala goes off.

Then add curd. Don't stir.it.other wise the curry will cudler..No need of adding water. Cover it and wait for 2 whistles. After 2 whistles. Switch off the gas stove. Standing time 1 minute. Cool it and open the lid.. You will see the creamy texture is their in the curry. Due to curd... Once it is done.Transfer to a serving plate..
