Take a bowl add cornmeal.
Add all spices & oil.Make small balls of dough. - 2

Roll with pin like poori.
Knead semi soft dough with water. Rest for 5 minutes. - 4
Make all like poori.

Heat a kadhai. Add oil.
Fry all corn meal poori till brown & crisp on medium flam. - 6
Remove out from oil.
Ready cornmeal Papadi. - 7
Serve cornmeal Papadi with chuteny & mix vegetable.
