Ingredients

  1. 10Calamansi - or as needed
  2. 500 ml-600ml water - or as needed
  3. 3 tbsphoney - or as needed
  4. 1/4salt
  5. 5-6ice cubes - or as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Squeeze calamansi fruits into a blender cup. Discard the skin and seeds. Add honey, ice cubes and salt. Blend until smooth. Serve cold.

    Notes:
    1. Honey can be substituted with other sweeteners like sugar, maple syrup or other sweet syrup.

    2. Using blender is optional. You can combine the juice, honey/sugar, pinch of salt and water in a glass or jug. Stir until honey/sugar is dissolved. Serve over ice.
