First roast the besan (gram flour)lightly. Keep aside. Now wash and soak the Lilva beans in hot water for half hour and pressure cook for 3 whistles after adding a dash a turmeric powder.

In a pan add tadka of hing mustard seeds jeera saunf channa dhal half urad dhal green chilli. Let it splutter then add onions and ginger garlic paste. Cook well with pinch of salt. Once cooked add the Lilva beans and aloo and mash aloo well.

Once all the ingredients comes together add roasted besan with little water mix and simmer for one minute.Lastly add lemon juice mix and transfer to the serving vessel and garnish with coriander.
