  1. Meatloaf
  2. 1 2/3 lbsground beef or pork (750 grams)
  3. 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  4. 2eggs
  5. Worcestershire sauce, to taste
  6. Maggi seasoning sauce, to taste
  7. Salt
  8. Freshly ground black pepper
  9. 1large garlic clove, chopped
  10. 1/2onion, chopped
  11. Tomato bouillon powder, to taste
  12. Chicken bouillon powder, to taste
  13. Mashed Potatoes
  14. 2.2 lbscooked potatoes (1 kg)
  15. 1 stickbutter (about 1/2 cup or 113 grams)
  16. Salt
  17. Salad
  18. 1 headlettuce
  19. 4red tomatoes
  20. 1/2onion
  21. 5 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

    For the meatloaf:
    In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and bake for at least 60 minutes.

    For the mashed potatoes:
    Mash the potatoes thoroughly, then add the stick of butter and salt to taste.

    For the salad:
    Chop a head of Romaine or iceberg lettuce. Wash and dry it.
    In a salad bowl, slice the tomatoes and onion, add the lettuce, and finish with the olive oil.
