Ingredients

  1. 2-3 cupsflour
  2. 100 gmbutter
  3. 200 mlmilkmaid
  4. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  6. Few drops vanilla essence
  7. for the filling
  8. tutti fruitti,
  9. gems,
  10. cherries
  11. 1/2 cupmilk
  12. Whipped cream for icing
  13. Sugar syrup
  14. Cherries and jelly for garnish

    In a bowl mix melted butter and milkmakd till bubbles appear

    Now add flour,baking soda and baking powder, essence and mix well

    Add all the jewels you want. And give a single mix. Pour the batter in a greased mould

    Cook at 180 degrees for 25mts. When cooled cut into half

    Soak with sugar syrup. Apply whipped cream or butter icing in between and on the top. Give a rough finish. Garnish with cherries jelly and happy birthday logo
