Oats are rich in beta glucan soluble fiber which has several health benefits. Oats lowers cholesterol, regulates blood sugar level, make stomach feel full, helps reduce weight.
Steps

Dry roast oats & make it's coarse flour. In a bowl add all ingredients.

Take 1 cup water, make thick batter. Keep aside it for 10 minutes.

Take nonstick tawa pre heat it. Now check the material add some more water & mix it very well.

Now make it's thick flat round shape pancake. Apply some oil on one side, cook it proper for both sides. It take some time to cook.

All chilla or pancake ready at once. Now serve it with butter & green chutney. Best & healthy breakfast in winter.
