Mince the onions. Remove the seeds from the chili and slice into rounds. Add all of the ☆ ingredients listed for the dipping sauce and mix.

Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and mix well with the sauce, kneading lightly. Allow to soak for 15 minutes.

Oil a pan (if necessary) and fry the beef over medium heat while separating the pieces.

Once the liquid has evaporated, it's finished!

I tried topping with chopped green onions, white leek and shredded red chili peppers.

Bulgogi version: I tried making bulgogi with the vegetables soaked together with the meat. The onion, carrot, and green pepper were all minced.
