Tender Chicken Piccata with Black Vinegar - A 15 Minute Dinner

This is a variation of my pan-fried chicken breast or pacific saury. Recently I've been try a lot of recipes using Mizkan brand seasonings. This requires no marinating time so it's good for busy days.
The flour mixture should be looser than a tempura mixture. Gauge the amount of flour to be added by the size of the egg. These are sort of like oddly shaped chicken nuggets! Recipe by toshiebaba

Easy and Delicious, Tender Pork Piccata Easy and Delicious, Tender Pork Piccata
My kids were watching a cooking program on TV and started shouting that they wanted pork piccata. So I tried making it, and it was surprisingly easy and looked great too. Above all else, the meat is very juicy cooked this way. It's also delicious when cold, so good in bentos...Be sure to put plenty of egg mixture on the pork. This goes smoothly if you poke each piece of pork with a long toothpick and use it to dip the pork into the egg mixture. For 4 servings. Recipe by rey* cookpad.japan -
Simple Garlic & Aonori Chicken Tender Piccata Simple Garlic & Aonori Chicken Tender Piccata
I love chicken tender piccata, so I came up with a Japanese-flavor version. The mustard is optional.I recommend rock salt or natural salt to sprinkle on top at the end.If you cover the chicken completely with the flour and then dip in the egg mixture, it'll keep the coating on. Also I recommend heating the teflon frying pan well. To keep the chicken from burning and the coating from coming off, add some oil to the pan. Recipe by naonaos cookpad.japan -

A dish with plenty of egg that kids will love. This uses plenty of eggs to create volume and also has soft meat. You can also make this with chicken breasts. When striking the meat with the back of the knife, do so strongly, but not enough to break the meat. Instead of lowering the heat, stiffen the eggs all at once. Cooking them until golden brown is delicious. Recipe by LaLaHappy1 cookpad.japan -

Chicken Breast Piccata Chicken Breast Piccata
This is a dish I learned at school. Although I'm now married and managing our humble household budget, I use chicken breast, but it's still delicious. You can cook this quickly since the meat is cut into thin pieces.I use 2 portions of chicken breast to cook 4 servings. I don't add leftover beaten egg to cook the first portion. Don't forget to add oil to cook the second portion. I use the leftover beaten egg to cook this second portion. And if I still have some leftover, I pour it in over the chicken pieces.By adding oil, the chicken will become fluffy. Recipe by Team yokin cookpad.japan -
