Light and Airy Chicken Tender Piccata, Curry Flavor

I made curry-flavored chicken tenders so that my curry-loving 2 years old daughter would eat them up.
Since these chicken tenders are well flavored, you won't need any additional sauces!
Squeeze on some lemon to taste for a refreshing flavor.
These are low in salt, so they're pretty healthy too. Recipe by popotan

Steps
- 1
Take any sinews off the chicken tenders, and cut into diagonal slices.
- 2
Put the cut up chicken tenders in a plastic bag with the sake and garlic, and massage over the bag to rub in the flavors.
- 3
Add the ☆ seasoning ingredients and rub them in too.
- 4
Take the chicken out of the bag and dip in beaten egg.
- 5
Pan fry in oil in a frying pan on both sides until done.
- 6
Since this recipe doesn't have much salt, if it's not flavored enough for you, try adding more salt and pepper to the seasoning, or serve with some ketchup!
