Turkey chili - the coziest meal that feels like a hug.

This is a variation on standard chili recipes that is light in color, rich with chili flavor, and yes, healthier. Recipe is especially useful for leftover turkey meat from Thanksgiving!Note: I don’t normally use package mixes when cooking, but this is an exception. #chili

This is another great recipe from Cook’s Illustrated. Be sure to use 93 percent lean ground turkey, not 99 percent fat-free ground turkey breast, in this recipe. Corn tortillas add flavor and help thicken the chili.

I am not a huge chili fan, but I LOVE this chili. It is more like a soup and not too chunky...and it has a kick to it!
