Ingredients

  • Yellow cake mix
  • Instant pudding
  • 2of 1/3 c Spanish peanuts 16oz total
  • 1of 1/3 virgin peanuts 16oz total
  • 3Honey Chris graham crackers
  • Frosting. 3 teaspoons milk
  • 6 tablespoonsbutter
  • 6 tablespoonsCrisco
  • 2 1/2 cupspowdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonvanilla
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix cake mix according to directions, adding instant pudding mix. Bake. Cut into 24 pieces then freeze

  2. 2

    Mix all frosting ingredients beating until creamy. Frosting will need 2 1/2 batches for four pans

  3. 3

    Blend the peanuts and honey graham crackers in food processor.

  4. 4

    Coat each piece of cake with frosting on all sides then roll into the nut/ Graham cracker mixture. Cakes should be frozen so only take out pieces as needed.
