Ingredients

45 minutes

  1. Tbspflour to thicken
  2. 1/2 pintmilk
  3. 1/4 pintwater
  4. 1/4chicken stock cube
  5. 1-2cooked chicken breast
  6. tbspCumin, garlic, curry powder, chilli powder, chives, oregano. Salt and pepper. Pataks mild curry paste
  7. 1cooked onion
  8. 1/2red pepper
  9. 4cherry tomatoes chopped
  10. 100 gbutton mushrooms
  11. Handfulraisins

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Cook mushrooms and onions and peppers in little oil, then set aside.

    In a pan add cold water,
    With flour and a bit of milk stir in a separate container.
    Then add to pan, then add the rest of milk on a medium heat.

    Add stock, and pataks mild curry paste. chop chicken into pieces and add to pan then put in vegetable and cherry tomatoes and herbs. And raisins.

    Keep an eye on the curry by stirring it occasionally so it doesn't stick. Any left over curry make deep filled pies, delicious 😋😋

    Serve with balsamati rice.
