For Doll's Festival: Tri-colored Shrimp Cocktail Salad

I wanted to make a fashionable salad for the Doll Festival gathering. So I tried making a salad that used the Festival's colors, as well as shrimp and apple, which children love.
Arranging it in a wine glass makes the dining table quite showy.
This turned into a recipe that would go well with a fruity wine.
This becomes more and more delicious if you season each ingredient separately. In order to increase the volume and texture, I added the bean sprouts to the apple for the white layer Please remember to cut them into easy to eat sizes. The sauce is pretty spicy so if you're making this for children, use more ketchup and less chili sauce. For 5 servings. Recipe by Satomiwa

Steps
- 1
Wash the lettuce and dry off the excess moisture well. Place into a bowl and combine with the ● olive oil and grated cheese.
- 2
Parboil the bean sprouts and cut the longer ones in half. Finely chop the apple (to about the same size as the bean sprouts) and combine with the ☆ flavoring ingredients.
- 3
Rub the boiled shrimp with shio-koji to season.
- 4
Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl. (Dice the tomato.) If making this for children, use 1 teaspoon of sweet chili and 1 tablespoon of ketchup, and 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise.
- 5
Place the lettuce from Step 1 into a glass. Since the other ingredients are pretty heavy, it's okay to use a lot.
- 6
Top the lettuce with the bean sprout and apple salad from Step 2. On top of that, place the shrimp from Step 3.
- 7
Top with the tomato sauce to finish! Garnish with mint leaves or lemon.1 serving is about 53 calories.
