  9. 1 teaspoonmushroom broth powder
  10. Sauce Ingredients:
  11. 3 clovesgarlic, finely chopped (I use a garlic crusher)
  12. 1onion, sliced lengthwise
  13. 3 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce
  14. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  15. 1 tablespoonsweet soy sauce
  16. 1/2-1 tablespoonchili sauce
  17. 2 teaspoonssugar
  18. All-purpose flour (for coating)
  19. 4 tablespoons margarine
  20. Mushroom broth powder to taste
