Wipe a sabudana with cotton cloth and roast it for 5-6 minutes. Now grind it. Make smooth flour and sieve it.

Now add gram flour, salt,turmeric,oil (for moin)
asafoetida, corom seeds, kalonji, kasuri methi in it and mix well. Now add water and knead the soft dough. Cover it for half an hour. - 3
Now take a pan add half tsp of oil,cumin seeds, green peas, green chili, ginger and garlic cloves and coriander and roast them for 1 minute.

Now roughly crushed it. Take a half tsp of oil in a pan, add asafoetida and roughly crushed fennel seeds crackel it.

Now add chopped onion and stir well. After 1 minute add chopped green peas mixture.

Stir well and roast for 1 minute. Add salt and turmeric and roast for 5-6 minutes. Now add grated coconut, garam masalo, dry mango powder, chaat masalo, red chili powder and mix well. let it cool.

Now make equql size balls of that mixture. After half an hour knead the sabudana dough again, take the small portion, flatten the dough in the palm.

Put one piece masala ball in the dough and cover it. Make a round shape,then flatten it a bit.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the Kachori until it changes the colour in golden brown and crispy.

Now serve the Kachori with green chutney and enjoy tea time snack.

This kachori can also be taken as dinner. To take it in dinner, make a hole in the middle of the kachori and pour green chutney, garlic chutney, sweet chutney in it. Pour curd over it. Then sprinkle nylon sev, pomegranate seeds and some coriander over it.
